Town Council newsletter
The Town Council publishes a quarterly newsletter, the Verwood Vista. This is delivered to almost every household.
At the end of the civic year, the newsletter contains reports and accounts from the Annual Town Assembly
Agendas & minutes
The council publishes the agendas and minutes for all its meetings. These can be found on the Full Council page and the Finance & General Purposes, Planning Consultative and Amenities committee pages.

Grant Aid
The Town Council may award grants twice a year in April and October; the deadline for applications is 1st March and 1st September each year.
The Grant Aid Policy sets out the conditions of funding and the assessment procedure. Organisations may only make one application for a grant in any financial year.
